Payment in full is required for all last minute requests; Including but not limited to all same day services & Deliverys, Such services are premium requests and will be subject to additional costs such as a handling fee. all costs are required to be paid in full prior to carrying out any such services & will be attached to all Invoices for same day requests; i) Due to the nature of this Transaction either being a last minute request, ii) Falling close to deadline or iii) Exceeding our buy out threshold; 
We are required to take payment in full prior to carrying out any such services, I hope this does not impeed you in any way but we are required to implement such powers for safety reasons, I hope you can understand..

Workload and capacity: Our service providers may have a limited number of slots available for same-day service due to high demand or existing appointments. We prioritize appointments on a first-come, first-served basis.
Geographic location: Same-day service availability may vary based on your location. We may have dedicated service areas where same-day service is more readily available compared to areas further away.
Time of request: Same-day service requests made closer to the end of the working day may be more challenging to accommodate due to time constraints and scheduling considerations.
Nature of the service: Some services may require extensive preparation, specialized equipment, or additional resources, which may make same-day service impractical or impossible.
We recommend contacting our customer service team directly to inquire about our same-day service availability and to discuss your specific requirements. While we make every effort to accommodate urgent requests, we appreciate your understanding that certain situations may necessitate scheduling for a future date.

We may photograph completed projects and use the photographs within our printed or online promotional marketing campaigns unless otherwise consulted.If you would like to exclude your project/ projects from these promotional campaigns prior to working with us please email info@theprintstudios.co.uk and inform us.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing the choice of laws.

We will do our very best to dispatch all postage orders within 48 hours of approval of your proof. We will not be held responsible for any delays beyond our control, which includes and is not limited to; couriers, postal delays, stock availability and print machine malfunction. We will not accept any charges incurred for any delay with your orders unless otherwise informed. This is not in relation or conjunction with Same-day Services unless otherwise informed.

Once you have placed your order through theprintstudios.co.uk, we proceed to create the artwork files suitable for printing. We also purchase and cut material specifically for your order. This process is done very quickly once your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel an order, you will incur a charge for the material cost and the time spent creating the artwork proofs from your supplied artwork. This is usually a minimum of £15+vat.

If you find that your item/ project has not been completed to the standards  discussed prior to or post completion. Unless unforseen circumstances has prevented completion, any items or details are incorrect or not as the specification stated in your quotation/invoice, please get in touch with us immediately.

Please return all postal orders to us along with a letter explaining why you are unhappy with them to the address below, we will then issue a full refund immediately.

We cannot accept returns for spelling mistakes made on your behalf, however, if it is our mistake, we will re-run and dispatch the corrected items free of charge. We do not issue refunds delayed by postal services or other third parties beyond our control. We do not issue refunds for incorrect products ordered, however, we will happily look to discount a new order if you've made a mistake.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days from placing your order please notify us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for missed or non-deliverable orders after this time period.
